Your body relies on you to hydrate. As such, it would be a travesty to not know how much water is required for you. Especially if it meant the difference in a few days of energy as opposed to feeling drained at the end of each day.

Water is one of the most important building blocks of life…and also one of the most ignored by people. You won’t believe how many adults don’t drink enough water every day.
